And this is why I am what is considered a seamstress wannabe! Di was so sweet to make me a pattern for cute kid's shorts and then even going the extra mile and attempting to teach me how to sew- I stink at it but I am not going to give up- by the time I evened up the legs on these shorts they were Daisy Dukes! Livy loved them of course. I think I have sewn 6 pairs of shorts this week- 3 for taters and 3 for the sweet girl. There is something so gratifying about seeing your kids wear something you made with your own two hands.
