L is for Livy!

A great project to do for a kid's room! The idea comes from Ms. Tiffany- one of the most talented gals I know! I love how she tied ribbon around her daughter's initial. I think Mr. Modge Podge is my new BFF!

What you Need:
  • Large cardboard initial click here (they can be found @ joann's however- some stores do not carry it so you might have to order it online- for some reason they do not have a picture of it- it is the23.5 paper mache letter)
  • scrapbook paper
  • ribbon
  • Modge Podge
  • craft paint

How to:
  • Paint the letter
  • Modgepodge paper onto letter (you will have to piece together cut paper to cover letter- I made sure to leave a border so could see the paint color when looking straight on)
  • Let dry over night
  • cut strips of ribbon and tie around initial

*Cute as a button!

Amber--this blog is so cute...I've passed it on to friends. What a fun idea to post craft/org ideas! I'm excited for future posts. I grew up knowing the Rhoton family.
