Just cutting tulle into strips and tying them onto an elastic waist band can create a magical skirt. (Wish I had known this before Liv's Party!!!) I will be sure to post pics. of Livia modeling the finished product- She can't wait. The tulle I bought is covered in glitter and for those of you who know me well, I am sure you are laughing at the thought- I hate glitter- it creeps me out- sticks to everything and impossible to get all vacuumed up! I am trying to put my issues aside for the joy of my precious daughter. (Thanks Lore for teaching me how to spell "tulle")
